Content is licensed solely for the personal or internal business use of the registered attendee and employees of the registering organization.

Prohibition on Redistribution

You may not record, transmit, retransmit, reproduce, distribute, or republish any portion of the training content to third parties, including other organizations, contractors, or individuals not employed by your organization, without prior written consent.

Return and Restocking Fees for Physical Materials

Certain training materials are sourced from third-party vendors. In the event of a return or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking and handling fee to cover shipping, processing, and vendor-related costs. The applicable fee will be clearly disclosed prior to completion of your purchase.

Acceptance of these terms is confirmed upon registration, payment, or attendance.
