Cancellation for Live Conferences
- Requests for live virtual conferences must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund.
- Webinar cancellations are eligible for refunds, subject to a $30 administrative processing fee. Participants are encouraged to notify us promptly if attendance is not possible.
Substitution Policy
- In place of cancellation, participants may request a substitution to avoid processing fees. This includes rescheduling to an alternative webinar or designating a replacement attendee.
- Substitutions are provided at no additional cost; however, advance notice is required for on-demand webinars to facilitate processing.
Exceptions to Substitutions and Cancellations:
- No substitutions or cancellations are permitted if the participant fails to attend the scheduled session, with no refunds issued.
- Refunds are not available in cases where webinar information is undeliverable due to attendee-side issues, such as email bounces or restrictions.
Refund Policy
- In the event of a webinar cancellation by our organization due to technical issues, a full 100% refund of participation fees will be processed.
- No refunds are offered for digital downloads or transcripts.
